Where do I pay my assessment fee?
Send your payment to our mailbox.
When is the assessment fee due?
The fees are due January 1st. The annual assessment for 2024 is $420.
I lost my mailbox key. How do I replace it?
The mailbox keys are distributed by the post office. Each resident is given a mailbox number and corresponding key. In addition, each resident must pay for replacements.
How do I get a homeowners directory?
Send an email request for the directory to admin@thefarmhoa.org. Please indicate if you prefer a paper copy otherwise you will receive an electronic copy in PDF format.
Is there a community garage sale?
Yes, typically it takes place on a Saturday in late July. The event is registered with the City of Tumwater and advertised on craigslist.
